When you sign up on our site, the form is provided directly by our email marketing platform, Brevo. Brevo collects your email address, together with the date, time and IP address of your signup as evidence of consent. We don't receive or store a separate copy of this data ourselves — it goes straight into our Brevo account.
We use your email address to send you monthly discount offers and prize draw updates by email. We only do this because you've given us your consent via the signup form — we don't add anyone to this list without that explicit action, and we don't use your booking or contact details for marketing unless you've separately opted in here.
We keep your details for as long as you remain subscribed. If you haven't engaged with our emails for an extended period, or if you ask us to, we'll remove your details from the list.
Your signup data is processed and stored by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), who send our marketing emails on our behalf under their own data processing agreement and security measures.
